Owner-occupied homes
Owner-occupied residential housing represents one of the largest stores of value for millions of homeowners in the United States. Yet homeowners have few practical options for accessing that equity without selling their home or taking out a loan.
Unison supports institutional capital bringing scale, consistency, and long-term perspective to a fragmented housing equity market.

Our scale reflects a disciplined approach to accessing residential housing equity across markets and cycles.
