Amanda manages investment operations and fund accounting across the company, as well as investor reporting. Prior to joining Unison in 2018, Amanda was an audit manager at Deloitte, focusing on several industries including privately-held entities in the real estate industry, and international publicly-traded entities in the consumer and industry product industry. Amanda is a graduate of Appalachian State University in North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting. Amanda holds active CPA licenses in California and North Carolina.
As Manager of Investment Analysis, Tilek manages a team of investment underwriters who perform investment due diligence on properties and applicants to assess the potential risks of Unison IM’s homeownership investments. Prior to Unison, Tilek was an underwriting analyst at Funding Circle where he analyzed small business creditworthiness. Tilek holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Francisco State University and a Master of Science in Financial Analysis from the University of San Francisco.
Brittany is responsible for accounting and financial reporting across Unison Investment Management’s investment vehicle entities. She further assists the Investment Operations Team with portfolio analytics, forecasting, and investor relations. Prior to joining Unison in 2021, Brittany was an audit senior at Sensiba San Filippo LLP where she planned and conducted financial statement audits for venture capital funds, private technology companies, and employee benefit plans. Brittany graduated from California State University, Chico, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Brittany holds an active CPA license in California.
Kalvin is an Investment Underwriter where he is responsible for analyzing the credit & risks associated with Unison’s co-investment opportunities. He previously specialized in small business lending with the SBA. Kalvin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Davis, CA.
Danice is an Investment Underwriter where she is responsible for performing critical due diligence on applicants’ credit and property valuation to maintain high-quality Unison investments. Danice holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in data analytics from Chapman University. She has also received her certificate in Applied Statistical Analysis from the A. Gary Anderson Center for Economic Research at Chapman.
Katerina is an Investment Underwriter responsible for analyzing the credit & property risks associated with Unison’s co-investment opportunities. Katerina has 3+ years of experience in commercial and mortgage lending. Prior to Unison, Katerina worked as a Mortgage Loan Funder with Network Capital Funding Corporation, and also worked as a Funding Assistant with Celtic Commercial Finance, Fifth Third Bank’s equipment leasing division. Katerina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology from UCLA and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Orange Coast College.
Brad Daughtry is an Investment Underwriter where he is responsible for conducting due diligence to determine applicants credit risk and property valuations for Unison IM Homeownership investments. Prior to joining Unison, Brad worked at First Republic Bank as a PPP Generalist, assisting small businesses understand their credit eligibility and calculating debt forgiveness for PPP loans. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Minor in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Franco is an Investment Underwriter where he is responsible for conducting due diligence to determine applicants credit risk and property valuations for Unison IM Homeownership investments. Franco brings over 10 years of experience in finance and is passionate about making an impact for each homeowner that considers Unison as an option to access the equity in their home. Franco holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University.
