Joe oversees the Institutional Sales and Marketing effort at Unison and is responsible for driving the growth of new institutional investor capital globally. Prior to joining Unison, Joe served as the Western Regional Manager for the Wells Fargo Securities Fixed Income Sales team. Joe was also a Managing Director and Senior Managing Director in Securitized Products Group at JP Morgan and Bear Stearns.
Joe has a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 53 and 63 licenses.
Sean has 25 years of experience in managing residential real estate investments. He has held senior positions in Fixed Income trading, management, research, and systems development. Sean created and managed several successful private equity investment funds for James Caird Asset Management (London) and EquityRock (San Francisco). Formally, Sean was Managing Director and Head of Residential MBS Trading for Nomura Securities, USA in New York City. In addition to managing that department, Sean traded complex mortgage-backed derivatives and other securities. Before joining Nomura, Sean Gallop was a mortgage research specialist at JP Morgan Securities. He worked in a number of offices for JP Morgan including New York, Los Angeles, and London, UK. Sean published several articles, which appeared in the Handbook of Mortgage Backed Securities. In addition to authoring these articles, Sean lectured widely on a range of financial markets issues. Prior to choosing a career in financial markets, Sean spent five years as an English, History, and Science teacher in Connecticut and New York City. Sean received separate BA degrees in English and History from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. Sean also received a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences of New York University, and, more recently, a Masters of Education degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Currently, Sean teaches Computer Science and Art at Colorado Academy in Denver, Colorado.
Anna works with research, portfolio management and investment operations to bring Unison Investment Management strategies and thought leadership to institutional investors and to drive the growth of new institutional investor capital globally. Prior to joining Unison, Anna worked in Investor Relations at Chevron and in real estate investment banking at Cushman and Wakefield.
Anna earned her MBA at the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business and earned degrees in Physics, Mathematics, and Engineering at Brown University.
